The Performances of Seed Production on Natural Aneurolepidium chinense Grassland During Grazing and Cutting

Natural Aneurolepidium chinense grassland is fine grazing land and cutting lead. The performances of seed Production of A. chinense population on natural consociation A. chinense meadow in the northeastern region of China with different use ways, such as grazing, cutting and resting, such as tiller earing petcentage, sexual organic characters, grain yield and the quality, and others are reported in this papers. Grazing can destroy the earing process of some individuals, decrease the number of earing stems in unit area and lower net yield of the grain. The fruit-setting grains were tulland their qualitg was very good on ghe frazing plot. Cutting can set off a chain reaction such as the soil becomes poor and the grass density is increased. The longer time year after year cutting the more seriously the seed production was influenced. Resting can recover the potential qualities of the seed production of the population.
