Aneurolepidium chinense is an important wild perennial grass species in the eastern Inner Mongolia and the northeastern region of China. It is characterized by high quality, high produc- tivity and good palatability to domestic animals. Therefore,it is highly appraised by the local herdsmen. However, there have been few reports on cultivation techniques of that species so far and studies on its'physiology are even fewer. This paper is based on our own experiments in con- junction with some literature review.Hopefully,it will help you with a better understanding of Aneurolepidium chinense and provide you with some information on grassland management.
