The genetic variation of population and the analysis for gene diversity

The identities and the unit implication of population for Population Genetic, ecological genetic and the history of research on genetic variation were introduced briefly in the first past of this article. The meaning of unit implications are including: (a) generic species system spectrum; (b) ecosystem adaptation concept. The research methods for genetic variation of population were introduced in three respects: variation of quantities characteristics, variation of qualities characteristics and variation of gene. The measurements of gene variation for population and subpopulation were described particularly. As a sample, the genetic construct gene heterozigosity was calculated using genetic parameters for alfalfa populations from P. R. China.
