Relationship of defensive enzymes and active oxygen of Puccinellia tenuiflora seedlings under Na_2CO_3 weak stress

Studies on P.tenuiflora seedlings under 0.2% Na_2CO_3 stress and the normal condition showed that there was certain change relationship between protective enzyme and H_2O_2 content, O_2~(-·) produce rate and relative electric conductance. The different regulation mechanism of active oxygen (H_2O_2 content, O_2~(-·) produce rate) metabolism of the alkaline resistance plant grown under alkaline stress and the normal condition was indicated to some extent.
