The Application of Conjoint Analysis in the Revaluation of Customer Value

YU Kunzhang, LIU Haitao(Hunan University, Hunan Changsha 410082)  
Based on a review to the theory of customer value, the paper explicates the customer value model-the consumers of medium and top grade professional laptop computers. Moreover, the conjoint analysis is applied into the measurement of customer value and then its limitations are concluded and its application prospect is predicted. Eventually, further research orientation on the quantitative study of customer value is proposed.
