Analysis on Spillovers and Incentives of Innovation Based on Core Ability Hypothesis

Although faced with spillover, innovation is emerging continuously. This attributed to the behavior of innovation being attached to the core ability of firm . Ability cannot be spilled completely. According to the core ability hypothesis, innovating behavior bring with monopoly, reputation effect and prior advantage to the innovating enterprise, which is endogenous incentive mechanism, and a special viewpoint of how to cultivate the firm's innovating ability.
