Consolidating Mechanism and Construction Technology of Piles Thrusted-expanded with Column-hammer

Piles thrusted-expanded with column-hammer are a new ground treatment method,with its application scopes more and more escalating.Through the thorough analysis of consolidating ground mechanism of involving action of thrust load,lateral squeezing action of thrusting bores,strong compaction action in bores,re-compaction action of thrusting-expanding and physical chemistry effect of stuffing in bores,it proves that this mechanism has very good consolidating effect on soft foundation,which is worth popularizing.Drilling hole method on piles thrusted-expanded with column-hammer has impacting and following pipe and screw drilling.Furthermore,the drilling method and the construction machine determines packing method of making the pile,meeting the design demand of tamping and stuffing.
