The"Must-Do"and"Hard-to-Do"in Choosing Applicants for Teacher Training

The choice of applicants for teacher training is the"first sieve"of choosing future teachers. So,teacher training agencies must take corresponding measures in choosing the applicants'professional interest,special and potential characteristics,and different genders,thereby establish a foundation of finishing the choice of applicants for teacher training.
