A Tentative Research into the Utilization Ratio which Saccharomycete Assimilates Humid Acid

YANG De-jun,YE Li-juan(Department of Chemical and Life Science, Xiangnan University, Chenzhou 423000, China)  
Saccharomycete is a kind of macromolecular organic substance, whose molecular structure is very complicated. Saccharomy cite can assimilate humid acid in a certain degree. By quantitative analysis of its assimilation capacity, we discover that the assimilating utilization ratio is about 30%.
