Effects of Anisodamine on the Decrease of Na~+-K~+-ATPase Activity Iinduced by Oxygen Free Radicals

The results showed that Anihad no signitieant effects on Na~+-K~+-ATPase activityin the normal sheep myocardial sarcolemma. But it had a signifficant protective effect on thereduction of Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity induced by oxygen free radicals. The Protectiveeffect was in conceutration-dependent manner. Compard with the control groups, theemzyme activity increased by 114. 6% at 2×10~(-4)mol/L,and 164.2% at 10~(-3)mol/L。
