A Novel High Precise Real-Time Digital Frequency Measurement System

In accordance with the problem of the high accurate frequency measurement,a novel algorithm using both the frequency-domain and the time-domain information is proposed,and a high precise real-time digital frequency measurement system is implemented.The system testing platform is established.The test results show that under the condition of the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) is 10dB and 0dB the relative root mean square(RMS) accuracy can reach 1.2×10-5 and 7.7×10-5,respectively,when the number of the sampling points is 1024 and the normalized frequency is 0.5.And the relative RMS accuracy can reach 7.1×10-11 when the SNR ratio is high and the number of the sampling points is 100 thousand.
