Review of Road Extraction from High Resolution Remote Sensing Images

Extracting the information of road features from high-resolution images has already become a research hotspot.In this paper,it first introduced the idea of road features and road extraction,and analyzed the research status.Then,it enumerated several representative methods of feature extraction and analyzed the characteristics of these methods.Finally,this paper forecasted the research prospect of road feature extraction.
