Design and Implementation of Offshore Oil Platform 3D Management System Based on World Wind Java

North Sea Offshore Oil Platform Management System is designed and implemented based on World Wind Java(WWJava) 3D-GIS under the multi-level B/S architecture which integrates offshore oil platforms,production,sewage and marine environmental information.The system data is provided by north China Sea branch of the state oceanic administration database of "Digital Ocean",the 3D maps are supported by WWJava Applet,data sharing and exchange are implemented by JavaScript.The system combines query,statistics and special technical support systems.The practical application proves that the system can enhance oil platforms supervision of the north China Sea offshore.
