Studies on Lines' Parameters Measurement Based on Synchronized Phasor Measurement

FAN Qi,MU Gang,WANG Ke ying(Department of Electrical Power Engineering,Northeast China Institute of Electric Power Engineering,Jilin City,132012)  
In this paper, a new approach to transmission lines' parameter measurement is proposed. It adopts GPS as synchronizing time of phasor measurement unit, and obtains three sequence lines' parameters by computing voltage and current phasors. Compared with the traditional methods, this method is more convenient and no more require line tripped.
