SVC Controller Parameter Optimization Based on Ga

YAN Nan-nan, ZHANG Peng-xiang(Zhejiang University, Hangzhou City 310027; Huazhong Technique University, Wuhan City 430074)  
An affine nonlinear 3 ranks model for a single-machine infinite-bus system with static VAR compensator (SVC) is established. The controller, based on the linearization of nonlinear feedback control and optimization of linear quadratic regulator (LQR) control,is then designed. A program of optimization of Genetic Algorithm with MATLAB is made,then compared with the simulation results.
