Experiment Study of Pulverized-Coal Concentrator

Xin Guohua Zhang Weihui Gu Yunxing Gao Jingping (Department of Thermal Power Engineering,Northeast China Institute of Electric Power Engineering,Jinlin city 132012)  
The paper describes the pulverized-coal concentrator application in a HG-670/140-12 type boiler.Cold modelling experiments have been performed to boiler that adopts direct-fired coal pulverizing system with beater wheel mill,an applicable method is put forward to achieve pulverized-coal's concentration.Experiment results are applied in real equipment.Good effects are obtained.It is shown that pulverized-coal concentrating technique enables boiler flameholding even under low-load without oil firing.
