Practical Algorithm Study on Transient Stability Analysis ofComplex Power Systems

A practical method to recognize coherent generator groups is proposed through dynamic equivalent study to the system in the transient stability analysis of multi-macnine power systems.By carrying out the effective summarization of coherent generator groups,a different suitable model can be cbosen for the equivalent generator in according to precision demand and better calculating speed and accuracy can be achieveed.
