The initial research about extractive condition of lycopene

Lycopene is a fat-dissolve pigment.The characteristic of the extraction of fat-dissolve pigment is that the time of extracting is so long.Using extracting technology of microwave can improve the efficiency.This study is about extraction technology of Lycopene with microwave radiation.The optimal technological conditions are follows:extraction solvent is acetone,the number of extraction power is2,extraction time is40s,ratio of liquor and material is3∶1,the number of extraction stage is3.
