Research and application of pollen-tube pathway in transgenic plants

Pollen-tube pathway is one of the methods in genetic transformation of plants. It's easy to operate and can be adapted to wide range of plants. Up t o date it has been used in rice, wheat, maize, soy, cotton,tobacco and tomato, e t al. In this review, we summarized the latest research of the method in most im portant agricultural plants.
