Biological characteristics of late blight in tomato

KANG Ligong,XU Xiangyang,JIANG Jingbin,LI Jingfu(College of Horticulture,Northeast Agricultural University,Harbin 150030,China)  
The paper researched the growth temperature and contamination purification method of late blight pathogen in tomato.The results showed that late blight in tomato could be tolerant to 43 ℃,meanwhile the mycelium of late blight in tomato could grow under 4 ℃,spores were released from sporangium after 8 h,the pu-rification method for contaminated late blight was also proposed.
