Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for climate comfortable degree of winter tourism in the area of Harbin city

The tourism climate resources in the area of Harbin are rich and characteristic.Its scenery of ice and snow and many characteristic activities like skiing can be developed well only under some special conditions.This paper used the data(2001-2005) of average air temperature,relative humidity and wind speed from every monitoring stations in December,January and February to evaluate the human body comfortable degree.By means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics,the results showed that the climate in the Harbin area was suitable for tourism,especially from the last ten-day of January to the middle ten-day of February.
