Effects of different agronomic measures on soil microorganism

Soil microorganism plays an important role in the process of nutrient transformation and humus forming in soil.This paper reviewed the various factors affecting the soil microorganism and effect of con-tinuous cropping,rotation,fertilizer,pesticides and other agricultural practices on soil microorganism,and we put forward the relationship between soil microorganisms and agronomic measures and reasonable regulation of soil microbial community structure,protecting the ecological environment of soil.
