Advances and applications of research on source-sink relationship of rice

SHENG Dahai, LIU Yuanying, LI Guangyu (Resources and Environmental Sciences College, Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin 150030, China)  
Advances of research on source-sink relationship of rice were summarized, which included the concept of source and sink, the measuring indexes of source and sink, delimitation of source-sink types and applications for rice production. In addition, the subjects being worth further researched were proposed.
