Drought resistance identification of soybean germplasm resources at bud stage

The experiment using PEG-6000 as permeability media,to study on the response of germination energy,germination rate,radicle length and hypocotyls length of three varieties of soybean under different PEG-6000 concentrations.The results showed that the 15% PEG-6000 had a significant influence on the drought resistance identification indices of soybean at bud stage;Determination of above four indices of 91 Heilongjiang Province soybean germplasm resources under 15% concentration PEG-6000,six drought tolerant varieties,12 relatively drought tolerant varieties,25 intermediate type varieties,40 relatively drought sensitive varieties,and eight drought sensitive varieties were screened out.In order to provide theoretical basis for breeding drought resistant varieties and study on drought resistance mechanism.
