Effect of different light intensity on intensity chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence in Lithocarpus glaber

Take subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest of Lithocarpus glaber as experimental materials,measured at different light intensity(100%,75% and 50% natural light intensity) chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and seedling chlorophyll content and discussed the optical strong growth of Lithocarpus galber.The results showed that with the weakening of light intensity,Lithocarpus glaber leaf chlorophyll content increased,three kinds of light intensity to the next leaves the actual photochemical efficiency of photosystem PSII(ΦPSII),the maximum efficiency of conversion efficiency(Fv/ Fm) and light system Ⅱ potential activity(Fv/ Fo) curve similar to seasonal changes,high light intensity under the ΦPSII,Fv/Fm and Fv/ Fo were less than medium and low light intensity,which showed Lithocarpus glaber could adapt to a larger intensity range.At the same time,low light intensity was with a certain degree of resistance.
