Effect of poplar flower different extracts on immune function in mice

In order to study the effects of poplar flower different extracts on immune function of mice.One hundred and eighty male mice were randomly divided into control group,PWE group and PAE group,60 mice in each group.All groups adopted intragastric administration by the dose of 0.2 mg.kg-1.d-1.The control group was orally administered sterile water.After 15 d,Changes on immunity function in mice indexes were detected.The results showed that PWE group could improve distinctly immune organs index,phagocytose percentage,phagocytose index,the clearance rate of charcoal particles,proliferation ability,delayed type hypersensitivity reaction,the level of serum hemolysin and number of hemolytic plaque;the PAE group could also enhance remarkably immune organs index,phagocytose percentage,phagocytose index,the clearance rate of charcoal particles,the level of serum hemolysin and number of hemolytic plaque,extremely significantly improve proliferation ability,delayed type hypersensitivity reaction,All immunology indexes of the PAE showed significant differences as compared with the PWE group.These indicated both PWE and the PAE can improve immune function in mice and had effects on improving immune function in mice,and the PAE showed more stronger effects.
