Dynamic Evolution of China Advanced Manufacturing Model in Global View——A Case Study Based on Huawei Company

"The development of China world-class advanced manufacturing companies face two challenges.Firstly,having the world's advanced manufacturing technology;Secondly,building the world's advanced manufacturing model.In this paper,we take the studies as a case survey on Huawei's advanced global manufacturing value network model and its path of dynamic evolution.This study shows that Huawei's manufacturing model finally becomes the global network and Huawei's competitive advantage is growing,through the "product development as a leader","integrated product development process system","modular value chain","building global value networks",that is,"points","line","face"and "net"value of the four stages.On the basis of summing up Huawei's experience,we put forward the relevant recommendations for the development of China world's advanced manufacturing model.
