Adopting the idea of Web services loosely coupled, based on advantages of some major B2B specification, such as RosettaNet,UDDI and ebXML, a common B2B enabling system model is suggested on demands for enterprise dynamic alliance. The system model consists of the platform model, the alliances enabling platform model, the two level schedule model for trade running among cooperative enterprises, and the UDDIbased metadata schema stored in eUDDI registry. At last, a prototype system is built based on the system model.
