Model and Algorithm of Furnace Charge Plan for Steelmaking-Continuous Casting Production Scheduling

An optimal furnace charge plan mixed integer programming model for steelmaking-continuous casting planning and scheduling is established. For solving this mixed integer programming model with constraint conditions,a strategy for constructing chromosomes and methods of crossover and mutation are proposed so as to make the solution at each iteration always feasible. Computation by using practical data shows the model and algorithm are effective.
