“UNMANNED ON DUTY” MODE OF HYDROPOWER PLANTS AND REFORMATION OF MONITORING & CONTROL SYSTEMS

For the examination and acceptance of "unmanned on duty" hydropower plants, the monitoring control systems often have to be reformed, including imported monitoring . control systems. Based on the reformation of 5 imported monitoring control systems, this paper discusses the key issues on the design and development of monitoring control systems for the realization of "unmanned on duty" hydropower plants.
