STUDY ON BIDDING DECISION-MAKING SUPPORT SYSTEM OF HYDRAULIC POWER PLANTS

Considering the background of the power market reform of "separation of the power plant from the grid and bidding in the generation market", regarding the problem about the hydraulic power plant bidding in the generation market, this paper studies and develops the hydraulic power plant bidding decision-making support system based on the object-oriented programming mechanism. It mainly introduces the design of the system's structure, the designing principle and function of each module and the features of the system. The system consists of three modules: financial affair management module, futures bidding module and spot bidding module. The futures module and the spot bidding module make the decision calculation based on the database linked through the access program as the data. Through the financial affairs management module, the data of financial affairs can be queried, saved, renewed, deleted and added. The system can make good winning for the generation plant.
