Design of Distributed Flood Control Operation Decision-support System for Groups of Reservoirs

The distributed flood control operation decision-support system for groups of reservoirs (RDFCODSS) is the kernel of basin flood control operation. First, the concept of the RDFCODSS is introduced briefly, and then the general design of the system and the method for realization of its main functions are discussed in detail. Designed in combination with practice in flood control operation, by use of computer technology and calculation models, the system has a reasonable design structure and strong functions, and is convenient for use. So it has good prospects for development and application to basin flood control.
