A Multifunction Numerical Simulation Software of Sea Echo Spectrum for the HF Radar

In this paper, a multifunction numerical simulation software of the HF radar sea echo spectrum has heen intreduced. It is based on the Barrick's equations for the first-order and second-order radar cross section of HF rader sea echo spectrum, considering lot's of elements which affeCt the sea echo spectrum.
