The Relationship between Plantation Productivity and Stand Density for Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica

The relationship between plantation productivity and stand density as well as the distribution law ofthe above ground biomass tbr Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica were preliminarily analyzed. The resultsshowed that the correlation between plantation productivity and stand density was significant, and theoptimum densities ranged from 620 to 820 per hectare for middle-aged plantation of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica. the biomass distribution law at various growth stages differed from each other.
