Effect of 6-BA and NAA on Test-Tube Plantlets of Cerasus humilis Bunge

An experiment was conducted to inoculate the young shoots of Cerasus humilis test-tube plantlets to MS media with different concentrations of 6-BA or NAA, or the mixture of 6-BA and NAA, respectively. Results showed that the suitable concentration of 6-BA for C. humilis test-tube plantlets growth was 0.5mgL at the concentration of 0.1mgL NAA, while the proper concentration of NAA was from 0.15 to 0.50mgL at the concentration of 0.5mgL 6-BA. For the mixture of 6-BA and NAA, the optimum concentration was 0.5mgL for both 6-BA and NAA, namely the proportion of 6-BA and NAA was 1∶1.
