Groove Reconstruction Technique of Three-Dimensional Complex Groove Insert Based on Temperature Field

The finite element model of milling insert based on ANSYS is established and the boundary conditions are confirmed by analyzing the temperature field of 3D complex groove.The temperature value for the pivotal dots is obtained through data processing according to the determined boundary conditions.The groove is optimized,reconstructed and validated by means of the influence of geometrical parameter and the optimized parameter choice.
