Catalytic Wet Air Oxidation of H-Acid by Cu-Zn/Zsm-5 Catalysts

H-acid(C10H9O7S2N)solution,one of typical dye intermediates of naphthalene derivatives,was degraded respectively by Cu-Zn/ZSM-5 catalysts prepared by impregnation method using ZSM-5 zeolite as substrate,and Cu-Zn-Al catalyst prepared by co-precipitation method during catalytic wet air oxidation.Cu-Zn/ZSM-5 catalysts present higher COD removal rate of H-acid solution compared with Cu-Zn-Al catalyst,which indicates that the active components are dispersed more uniformly on Cu-Zn/ZSM-5 catalysts than on the catalyst prepared by co-precipitation.The optimal loading amount of CuO and ZnO are 3.41% and 1.16% respectively,and the COD removal rate of the H-acid is 88.18%.
