THE CONCENTRATION AND SEASONAL DYNAMICS OF NUTRIENT ELEMENTS OF ASH AND LARCH IN THE MIXED PLANTATION

The nutrient concentration and seasonal dynamics in foliage.twigs and barks of anh and larch in the 22 years old mixed plantation in Mengjiagang Forest Farm were studied in this paper.The results show as follows:the concentration and distribution ratio of various nutrient elements in the organs of the two species in the same stand are different significantly.The nutrient concentration in organs of ash are much higher than that in larch.The organ in which the concentration of most elements shows the biggest difference between the two species is foliage.The concentration of N,P.K in foliage of the two species decrease during the growing season.The dynamics of nutrient concentration in the foliage of the two species are asynchronous.The great difference of nutrient concentrations and the asynchronism of the seasonal dynamics show the harmonious relationship between the two species in the mixed plantation in nutrient elements utilization.
