Influence of flood forecast error to flood control forecast operation

The paper studies the influence of flood forecast error to flood control forecast operation of Biliuhe reservoir from two angles of flood gross amount and flood process,among them,flood gross amount study based on normal flood forecast error and based on distribution low of forecast error,reaches some conclusions,and puts forward some propositions for flood forecast error study.
