Study of comprehensive development and utilization of water resources in coal mining subsidence area

The coal development often causes series of eco-environmental problems to the coal mining subsidence area such as water deterioration and soil structure damage.The key point of ecological restoration is more unfilled spaces and less water for the coal mining subsidence area.Using the subsidence area to build the plain,lakes and wetlands and determining the water resources storage capacity of the subsidence area rely on the crossborder water resources,then the wetland landscape of subsidence area would be built,which have positive significance to improve the regional water resource protection capability and support the social and economic development.The paper discusses the comprehensive utilization of subsidence area water resources from engineering and non-engineering measures.Taking some a subsidence area of Anhui province for example,the paper determines the available water supply quantity,calculates the guarantee rate of water supply and analyzes the comprehensive treatment effects.
