The Idea Innovation and Implementing Strategy of Pre-service Teacher Education

With the economic and social development,the motivations of working and learning of college students are becoming diversified.And many of these motives are not conducive to engaging in primary and secondary education.The courses of pre-service teacher education appear to be insufficient for the professional development of teachers.Facing these challenges,pre-service teacher education should be hold on the idea of "respect education",serving basic education and practice-oriented education.Teacher training strategy should be improved from the aspects of the entrance to the teachers,pre-service practice,educational level and pre-qualification.
