International Law Analysis on the Territorial Sovereignty Disputes between Japan and Its Neighbors

Japan and its neighbors China,Russia and South Korea's territorial sovereignty disputes broke out after World War II,their territorial sovereignty disputes exist similarity,such as history sovereignty,the relevant treaties during and after World War Ⅱ,and the intervention of United States,on the basis of interpretation of history and treaties,we known the conclusion from perspective of international law,there is no international legal basis for Japan attempting to get the sovereignty of Diaoyutai Islands.
