Overall working performance analysis of fully pretightened frame

WU Sheng-fu, NIE Shao-min, JIN Miao, SONG Qing-yu ( College of Mechanical Engineering, Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao, Hebei 066004, China; China First Heavy Industries, Fularji, Heilongjiang 161042, China)  
Through 3-D FEM contact algorithm, the overall working performance of fully pretightened frame for large hydraulic forging press is analyzed; basically deformation and contact stress distribution are accurately calculated. Furthermore, the concrete shapes of combination surfaces between columns and beams are presented. Based on all these results, pretension parameters are decided.
