The Effect of Graphite Negative Electrode Stirring Processes on the Performance of Lithium ion Battery

Graphite negative slurry prepared by different stirring processes is analyzed by rotary rheometer and multiple light scattering instrument.The effects of graphite negative stirring process on the fineness,rheological properties and stability of slurry are studied.The results show that high-speed stirring in the mixing stage of graphite negative slurry is beneficial to reduce the size of slurry and improves the stability of slurry.According to the test data,the electrochemical performance of the battery prepared by the slurry with smaller fineness and better stability is better.
