Anti-disturbance question on low-tension electric power carrier communication

On this article we discuss resources of a variety of disturbances on low-tension electric power carrier communication, and offer a new anti-disturbance design with low -tension electric power carrier communication combined with extended frequency communication.We have verified its reliabity that data transmission for electric power line can be realized by applying extended frequency communication technique.
