Reactive power measurement with quasi-synchronous hilbert arithmetic

According to the circuit theory,it can be adopted for the voltage to be shifted90°phase.It can be met with that the Hebert translation.In favor of the computing on computer,the discrete Hilbert translation has been used.The measuring error,which is caused by the sampling error or electrical-net frequency drift error,can be overcomed,to a certain extent ,by the measurement techniques with quasi -synchronization.The measuring accuracy of reactive power can be highly acquired with quasi -synchronization discrete hilbert translation.
