The design of high precision 90°digital phase-shift network in wide frequency scope

According to the power definition in frequency-domain, reactive power measurement needs to realize 90° phase shift of voltage or current signal . This paper designs a new-style and high precision 90° digital phase-shift network in wide frequency scope. The network has superior response of frequency. The error of phase-shift can reach 0.01° and error of extent can be 2×10-8 in the range of 45~3000Hz. The parameter of network can be adjusted to fit for the fact according to different require. This method can be used to design reactive power measurement equipment for power computation and attemperment automatization in electric power system.
