Research on the Magnetic Field Sensor Based on Amorphous Alloy

The magnetic characteristics of Co-based amorphous alloy tape are presented.The structure and principle of the magnetic sensor based on amorphous alloy core are described. The probe and the signal processing circuit are designed. The sensor output characteristics are tested. The sensitivity measurement linear range and temperature stability of amorphous alloy sensor are compared with the semiconductor sensor and the conclusions are given. The amorphous alloy sensor can work in any weak magnetic field and has certain practical values.
