A Single-phase Voltage Sag Detetion Method and Its DSP Realization

At present dynamic voltage restorer(DVR) is an effective device to deal with the voltage sag.Exact detection of voltage sag characteristics is the precondition of DVR's normal working.Based on the transformation of synchronous coordinate transformation and SPLL,this paper proposes a single-phase voltage sag detection method.It could dynamically detect voltage sag characteristics including sag amplitude,sag duration and phase jump.The computer simulation and DSP based experimental results show that this method satisfies the requirement of real time voltage sag detection for single-phase DVR.
