On the Formation and Construction of the Mechanism for Corporate Beliefs

Corporate belief consists of utilitarian and non-utilitarian elements,with the function of providing the enterprises with motivation and orientation in order to ensure the balanced development of enterprises and to promote the enterprises becoming "good citizens".From the perspective of the stakeholders of the enterprises,this paper explores the model for the formation of the corporate beliefs from both outside and inside relations of the enterprises and puts forward a mechanism to construct the corporate faith.
